Since l&$t year. th¢ Foundation h&s continued with its delivery of 4 core comtUUDity pTo¥rammes (Coach-Fd..
FEED, Player Leagues. and Roads to Suc￿$$). This is in addiiion to the 3 adult fiK)tball sidcs that ￿¢ run
undv the CSM London FC banner.
CSM London FC has once again operated with 3 registcred m8le adult Icam8 with 146 regis¢er¢d att¢nd¢es
to CSM London club. Thig numbcr reduc￿ from last season. but is seen as a positivc as it shows a more
re8ular ￿0￿p of playcrs that did not r￿Uire fuTther influx of participants due to players leaving. Planning
mee¢ings have now iakcn please to prepare for a new under 23s team for 2024-25. to follow up with a
CSM Youth programme for early 2025. Currently the Senior team is playi08 at Step 7 a& we contlnue o
quest to move up th¢ Don-l￿gue football ladder.

regular subscription based donor8 providiD8 funds diTtctly to the FEED programme. At each drop. we also
provide good ¢ondition footwear and children's loy5 kindly donated from the CSM Community. Players,
volunteers and commer¢ial partn¢r8 bave all joined us for the FEED drops for 2023-24 attd we are
continually grateful for this generous offer of time and monry to the cause.

enlkancing a Sense of belonging amongst individuals who collectively feel a sense of community. Thi8

For CSM ￿lldOn FC, 88 the senior side makes its nK)v¢ up the non-leaBue p￿arn]d, we will explore options
for venues for home-matches at a suitsble minimum Grade 7 stadium in order ts comply with league
regulations. This is an ambitious plan and despite being competitive iti ils nature, it should b¢ r¢eogni8¢d thal
the contlDued advancement of CSM London FC. l)as consequcnlial benefits to all CSM Foundation activitie&
due to ¢XPOsure.
