**Objects:** TO ADVANCE AND DEVELOP THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN IN WATAMU, KENYA, WHO ARE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED, BY PROVIDING AND RESOURCING LIBRARY LEARNING CENTRES AND LOCAL SCHOOLS WITH BOOKS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES.

**Activities:** KWEST provides libraries, children's books, literacy resources and supported reading to children in Watamu, Kenya to children who are severely socially and economically disadvantaged. We daily take books into local schools for a dedicated literacy lesson. We also work with other local agencies to promote environmental conservation education in this area.
