_1) A RECREATION GROUND AND FACILITIES ANCILLARY THERETO FOR THE USE OF INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT THE DISTINCTION OF SEX, RACE, OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SAID INHABITANTS_
_THE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL BE THE CIVIL PARISH OF WHELDRAKE._

_To provide a recreational facility for the benefit of the residents of Wheldrake. In order to meet its charitable objective_
The trustees consider that they have complied with their duties to have due regard to the public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission.

_The CIO has not traded this financial year and does not hold any material assets. The trustees believe that when the CIO was consituted it was not in keeping with the original Trust. A resolution was passed to alter the CIO so that it would be closer aligned to the Trust before completing the transfer of assets._
