The stated Charitable Objective continues to provide a reacreation ground and facilities, but a clause to provide a village hall has also been included.**_ ## **Summary of the main activities in relation to those purposes for the public benefit, in particular, the activities, projects or services identified in the accounts** _**The objects of the CIO are the provision and maintenance of:**_ _**1) A RECREATION GROUND AND FACILITIES ANCILLARY THERETO FOR THE USE OF INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT THE DISTINCTION OF SEX, RACE, OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SAID INHABITANTS; AND**_ - _**2) A VILLAGE HALL TO BE USED FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES AND SUCH OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.**_ _**THE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL BE THE CIVIL PARISH OF WHELDRAKE.**_ The trustees consider that they have complied with their duties to have due regard to the public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission. ## **Additional details of objectives and activities (OPTIONAL)** ## **Achievements and performance** 1 **Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole.** _**The transfer of the porperty from the Charitable Trust has not been completed as the Trustees and members believe the incorrect structure was chosen and are seeking to correct it.
