The church is known as Victory Life Church" and wates ts Wistered name of Wictory

The chaiity's object is to advance the Christian faith in accorda[￿e with the statement of beliefs
and the worship of God by any tneans whatsoever including (but not by way of limitation} the
preaching and proclaiming of the Christian Gospel. The object is also the teaching of Christian
doctrine and principles and the pastoral care of Christtan people and the printing and distribution
of the Bible in the county of Staffordshire or dsewhere in the UnIt￿j IfjTvJdom or the world as the

Victory Church Leek exists to advance the Christtan faith and education in the United Kingdom
and the world. for the benefft of the public. under the direction of the Church Leadership Team. r(
also aims to benefit the public by relievtrvJ financial hardship and the provision of ftjnds and
Se￿ices. to d1sadvantsg￿J p￿pIe throughout the world.
When planning our activities for the year. the Leadership Team have considered the Charity
Commi&8ior6's guidance on public benefft and. in particular. the specific guidance on charities for
the advancement on religion. In par￿lar. th8 team utilise ways for pery)le to live their faith as
part of the Church communty.

The Church Leadership Team is commltted to enabli￿ both the Church congregation. and
members of the public. to engage in church activities and partake in worship and other services
conducted by the Church.
The Church servicas put into practice these beneffts by providiry S￿daY Communion meetings
alongside regular Bible study. prayer. praise. and worship services. Other meetings are arranged
when and where necessary. such as specific events for religious festivals including Christmas and
Easter. All these meetings are open to members of the wblic.
Other Church activities would I[￿l￿e we&kly held Life GrcNJp meetings, at various Ic&2tions and
times. which provide benofiis tailored to cater for the needs of each group. These groups provide
Bible study and a time of socialising arKI fellowship. There have also allanged throughout
the year, women's groups arKI men's groups organised around various activities of the church.
During the year we TTK)ved the Bible Stu(ty session tr￿1d every month, from a rcKim at Daisy Hey. to
Longsdon Memorial Hall. The eff￿t of this is for the church to be able to make the Live Bible
Studies more accessible to anyone wishing to partake. The nwnber of attending these
sessions Increa￿1.
Online video seNices are also provided across vaious social media platforms. free of charge. to
benefrt the Church congregation and the general public v4ho are not able to attend the Church
building in person. s￿iCeS. as V￿11 as reaching pe0F￿e wÈthin the I(￿ comTnunty. are also
received by people in the rest of the UK. Also our S￿ICeS are vRtched by people in countries
world wide. which It￿lude. Bulgari4 Slovaki4 USK Canada Italy. IrKli4 Keny4 Frar￿. Pakistan
and South Africa.
Victory Church Leek has been regularly invFEed to speak on the radio. °Moorlands Radio..
We have vdued this opportunty Trmthin the communty ar￿ give thanks to everyone at Moorfands
Radio.
In April 2025 the church received a teatn of 13 students frrm the Charis Bible College. Walsall.
The students stayed in the town for a week. and became part of the thurch. This was a tnission
team to the tovffl of Leek and helped viith the presentation of vaTiOUS church activities such as
worship evenings. testitnony evenings. ￿gagem￿tt with the general public in the streets and

seminars and workshops. Many of the S￿lonS were open to the public and were free of charge.

Answers in Genesis Ministry. The church has host￿1 Children¥ activtties through Ihe year.
The church has held Christian Celebrations tr the wi(x15 of Christmas and Easter. Ati these

The ladies group held regular events thrwJtwJut the year and also att￿d￿ the Women Arise,
COnfer￿Ce at Walsall.
During the year Victory C￿￿rch h95 b￿n able to reach out aThJ cann￿t Y4ith dIff￿ent communities
within the surrounding ar￿￿ of Leek and surroundirwJ towns which has resulted in an i[￿reaSe in
the awareness of Church and (x)mirvJ to b8 a part of the ￿Mm￿ty.
We have seen the lrfe of the Church grow throughout the year V￿￿re p￿pIe of varied age groups
and varied walks of lrfe hwrfe attended seprfices of the ChU￿h arKI gained tremendous benefrt.
We have met as a Church throughout the year at various retail premises within the town of LeeK
which has brought the beneffts of patrotHge to dIffer￿rt kinds of bustnesses wttk¥n Leek and the

During the year a new group Start￿ within a residential complex in Leek and this group brings
worship, Bible study and activities of the church to the and staff. This is an excellent
resource in which ID reach out to the commuimty of Leek
Various welfare i&sues have been met dwir¥J the yoar.
Duri￿ the year of 21r25. Mctory Life ch￿ch gave to vari(xts thitable organr5ations a tcrtat of
£11757.65 and this represents a>.3Yo of the total receipts of gifts arKI offerings received through
the year. This is an increase from the previous year frDm 15.8%. The target set at the beginning of
the year was 16% which has ￿en well exceeded.
These donated funds have gone towards maktng an impact on tackling poverty. perS￿LrtI0n,
welfare issues. several Child￿.5 v￿lf￿e age￿les, Christian edwation and support. Support of
other churches arKJ outreaches wilhin the UIC Other ag￿￿1￿$ we have supported are Ioc21.
national and international. These agencies have been 5UPPOrted. some on a monthty basis and

I report on the accounts for the period ended 310eomber 2025. whith are set out above.
Respective responsibilitie5 of Trustees and Independent Examiner-
The charivs trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The chariWs trustees
consider that an audit is not required for this year under the sertion 144121 of the Charitie5 Act 2011
{the 2011 Act} and that an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to-

To follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity
Commission under section 145151{bl of the 2011 Act- and
To state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of Independent examinerfs report
My examination was carried out in accordance the general Directions given by the Charity
Commission. An examination indudes a rewew of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any
unusual items or disclosures in the accounts. and seeking explanation from you as trustees
concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that
would be reqijired in an audit and consequently no opinion 15 gtven as to whether the accounts
present a 'true and fair Vie￿ and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement
below.
