- Governance Note: The Board continues to work toward meeting the minimum requirement of three trustees as stipulated in the governing document. Active recruitment is underway to ensure robust governance and oversight.

- Charitable Objects: To advance the science of happiness and wellbeing for the public benefit of humanity at large. 

- Main Activities: The Foundation focuses on research and thought leadership in the intersection of happiness and technology that equip the public with tools and guidance for mental and physical wellbeing. 

## **4. Achievements and Performance** 

- Fundraising: The Foundation successfully secured £16,110.00 in new donations through corporate giving platforms (CG Benevity), demonstrating sustained support for its mission. 

- Operational Stability: The charity has focused this year on building a sustainable cash reserve to fund future large-scale projects. 

## **5. Financial Review** 



- Reserves Policy: The Trustees aim to maintain reserves sufficient to cover at least three months of operating costs. As of 1 May 2025, the charity holds 

   - £16,483.30 in cash funds, which exceeds this requirement and provides a strong foundation for upcoming charitable initiatives.
