It gives me great pleasure to p￿ent the annual report of People's Enterprise and Empowerment
Forum Ltd IPEEF Ltdl for the year 2024125.
People's Enterprise and Empowemient Forum (The Association) has been closed and all assets
including Fixed and current assets comprising of bank balance and property have been transferred to
People's Enterprfse and Empowerrnent Forum Ltd.
During this period fvnding opportunttles have been lIm￿ed and challenging due to our p05ttion. I
would like to thank the Energy Redress Sd)eme. Community Foundation Lancashire and others for
providing resource5. With their help. we have been able to achieve our goa15 to offer services to the
ommunitie5 in Pendle. I would also like to thank all the past and present members for their help in
making the vrganisation a continuous succes& I fully appreciate hard work and dedication of the 5t3ff
in managing the services we provide. l am aware none of this could have been achievable wtthout
their eontlnued tontributlon.
I would like to take this opporrunFty to thank all the Executive member5, volunteers. and staff fortheir
suppo¢ hard work. foresight. and personal tommitment to our common endeavour. l am happy to
say we have developed a truly wonderful team. wtth the spirit of friendship and open communication.

designed to brfng ft up lo o)ntemporary slandarts, both in terms of arnenities offer¥d and also health
and safety requirements. It has been set up lo serve the needs of the communrties in PerKlle and
Northwest of Er*Jland.

The Charfty's free reserves not invested in tsngible r￿ed assets at 31 * March 2025 amounted lo
£39,706. The trust*s cg¥nsidef the charrty needs £17.207 in reseNes. the equivalent of six months
running costs. The frèe reserve is ¢￿￿ent￿ in excess of this amount.
