## **Report for 2024** 

The Kirkby Overblow Community Hub CIO was formed with the aim of purchasing the vacant and dilapidated village public house for the use and benefit of the inhabitants of Kirkby Overblow and the neighbourhood. 

Offers have been made to the owners of the public house but so far they have been declined. 

We still remain optimistic that an agreement can be reached in the future.

The Kirkby Overblow Community Hub CIO was set up for the  purpose of purchasing . The Star and Garter Public House for the benefit of the community. 

Offers have been made to the owners but so far they have been declined. 

As such there has been no income nor expenditure to date.
