Our diverse income streams were sourced from General DI￿ationS. Grants, Fundraising Events and
using online fundraising platfonns like mysadaqa and PayPal.
We have a reserves policy to ensure long4em sustainabilty of our organization which aligns with
our strategic financial planning to mitigate unforeseen challenges and supwt future initiativès.
We adhere to all regulatory requirements. and our govemance structure remains robust. The

plan to continue the fl¢xJd relief efforts in Pakistan by getting water hand pumps installed, supply of
ft)od parcels, rebuild more homes and communty centres. Any fvnd received for Babulilm School in
Najaf will be used towards buildlng extension to the schcd wemisas.
Flood Relief
Babulilm Foundation UK was the first charity to undertake a major rehabifitation programme in the
region and provided many villagers with blankets. wam dothing. footwear, food parcels and
mosquito nets. The need for these essential items was very important definitely a blasslng for
the people that rec8ived them.
Housln
The devastating floc*Js of June 2022 destroyed communities all over Pakistan. Thousands105t their
live, countless were injured, most of Ihe livestock drowned and the livelihood structure of families
(mostly po￿ farm la￿urers) was totalty paralysed. A g¢x#J proportion ofthe country vms under water
for months. Babulilm Foundation UKS work is concentrated in the Sindh region of Pakistan which
fared the vnrst of tt)e flocxJs with almost 40°A of the land mass under water. The mud huts were
simply washed away leawng the people to find shelter under trees- few lucky ones were given tents.
We built 14 feet x 14 feet. weatherproof brick homes with a reinforced roof. Eath house will also have
solar lighting and an outside toilet.
The cost per home VRS on average £7￿. There is so much to rehouse these forgotten
communities where, in some cases. you have to fery supplies on donkey backs or wade through
waterlogged farmland to reach them! Our house building programme will Continue until financial help
stops coming
Water Pro
ect
Water pumps are not newto some of the wllages in Sindh. Pakistan. However, following the major
tloods of 2022, the stagnant flood watsr in most areas eventually sank underground. This polluted
water contaminated the existing dean vRter supply underground that fed the hand pumps. Our
project. wh￿h is in full swing. is to supply c￿n water by siiking a new water pipe considerably
deeper to seek out uncontaminated water further down. Thé Installati￿ of water pump wells in as
many fi¢)od4lamaged villages is vitd to ensure clean water for drinking. rx)oking, washing, etc. A
new supply of clean water will play a rnaior role in reducing. limiting or eradicating many
waterbome diseases among these very poor Communit￿ in Sindh, Pakistan. From our charity
funds, we have successfulw installed over 1200 water pumps, providing dean refreshing water.a8
many flood4amaged villages is vilal to ensure clean water for drinknng. cooking. washing, etc.

Iraq attracts more than 2.5 million people a year, the scorching sun and extensive heat pose a
major risk to health. Dehydration being one of the most common reasons for hospitalization. We
therefore launched a campaign to suppty clean drinking water to the areas that most nèeded IL
After careful evaluation and research. we deaded that densely populaled areas with a high footfall
should be targeted first. We then ccffldens8d our area and chose the uty of Kathla and provid8d
100 clean drinking water coolers.
Food Pro eet
In Sindh, Pakistsn. ftxxl insecurity remains a pressing issue due to a coMbinat￿n of factors.
including poverty. natural disasters, and econc¥nic instabilty. Many families struggle to access
Sufficient and nutritious food, leading to malnutrition arKI health challenges. particularfy among
children and vulnerable populations. Babulilm has stepped in to address this urgent need by
donating fcod parcels to those affected by hunger. Each parcel contains essential staples like
rice. flour. lentils, and cooking oil, providing vilal nourishment to families in crisis. This initiative
not only alleviates immediate hunger tMJt also fosters community resil1e￿e. helping individuals
regaSn their strength and stsbilty. By supporting those in need. Babulilm is making a signtficant
impact in the fight against fcod insecuiity in Sindh.
School Pro
Babulilm Foundation UK regularty inspects all of our current and completed prcyects to ensure
they continue to serve their purpose of HELPING THE FORGOTTEN.
Events and networkln
From the people to the people. at Babulilm we like to show and tell. We take part in events open
to the public such as trade show5 arKI fundraisers and convention. This gives us the opportunity
to create awareness of our charity within the UK and atwoad. Simultaneously il gives us lots of
content meeting and speaking to our donors who wish us well and support us in our projects.
Donatlon to the Paedlatric Ward- NHS
As a part of our UK initiatives. Babulilm had pl6d9ed to d(￿te £500 to the Luton and Dunstable
University Hospital- Children's Ward. We are fundamental believérs of helping children to achiev8
th8lr potential. We hope our commitment to pmwde support in this field really provides a positive
impact. We plan on doing rnc￿ in this area.
Outlook for 2025
Babulilm Foundation UK was set up to help those in need and especially the tsgotten ones. We do
not discriminate as to who gets our help wh*ever their belief, cast or sect. However. we prioritise
our support to Ihe widows. orphans. the disabled and the elderfy. Anybody vtho is in need. we are
there for you.
We ￿an to continue povety relief and related a*iviti8s to help the f￿gotten across the globe. We
are also considering request to raise funds to suth toys for disabled children in the UK.

consider that an audit is not required for this year (under Section 144(2} of the Charities Act 2011
(the 2011 Act)) and that an independent examination is required.

The cost of raising fvnds indudes fundraising event (>)sts, direct campaigns, general inf0M￿tiOfi and publ
reLqtion costs and their assoa8tst1 support costs.
Expenditure on charitable actsvitres relates to grants awarded and assoclated support costs.
Irrecoverab￿ VAT is charged as a ¢x)st ag￿nsI the acbvity for which expendrf(ure was incurred.
1.6. Allo¢atlon of support costs
Support costs are those functions that assist the work of the tharity bul do ￿1 direcljy undertake charitable
activities. Support costs indude admlnistration. finance. human resources. infomation systems and
govemanc& costs whith support the services provided to benefiaaries.
These costs have been allorated betsveen Ihe costs of raisng fvnds and expenditure on charitable activities
on the basis set out in note 4.
