## **Trustee Report 2022 -2023**

The new year started with preparation for our annual general conference in Corby Town at Living Faith International Ministries led by David and Naomi Midzi. The conference was expected to stir the hearts of ministers and leaders. The catering was put into place to help feed the delegates and registration amount of 15 pounds per head was contributed. To cover for food and conferencing. The one-day conference theme was on reframe and rebuild with 70 delegates in attendance. The MC Pam helped to navigate he day and delegate speakers Bishop Ngwiza and Rev Misheck delivered an accurate and urgent charge. Overall, the meeting was very impactful with deep, practical and life transforming ministry messages shared. Delegates felt equipped and also found speakers competent and relevant. Delegates were encouraged to reflect on encouraging and challenging issues they are facing. They also took time to reflect on the most exciting areas when they look at the church

The conference also gave leadership challenge to prepare the next generation to carry the future of the church and communities and not to seek for seati8ng capacity but sending capacity. The challenge was given for leaders not to seek to grow numbers in our own churches but to advance God’s kingdom and teach believers how to study the word for themselves.

The fellowship used two platforms to develop strong relationships through listening and accepting other people’s perceptions and feelings.

This year we also supported different ministries who held conferences including a living Faith International Ministries conference where they celebrated their 15[th] anniversary.

The community leaders also dealt with gang violence in our communities and supported families affected. The Leeds ministers were actively involved in supporting a family that lost a son in gang related violence.

ZiMMA North hub was also started to increase fellowship among ministers who are in the north region and families who lost their loved ones were also supported accordingly by visiting them and also conducting funerals for free.

We also held ZOOM meetings that covered different topics supporting the community and church leaders such a s tackling youth violence held in MARCH 2023.

There were also some academic presentations facilitated during the course of the year such as religion and gender and the interplay of religion, culture and spiritual faith.

As ZiMMA we also facilitated the gospel concert to promote Zimbabwean gospel artist visiting the country in June 2023 which was titled non stop worship
