2011 Act and in carrying out my examinatlon, I have followed all the applicable DI￿rtIOnS glven by
the Charity Commission under section 145{5)Ibl of the Act.

I have cornpleted my examinatlon. I confim that no material matters have come to my
attention in conneotion wlth the examination which gives me ¢ause to believe that In, any

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost conventlon. and in
accordance with the financial reporting Standard 102. (effective tst Jaunuary 2016}
and FRS 102 SORP {Statement of recommended practice for accounting and
reportlng by Charltles) 2015 las amended by the bulletln issued in February 20161
published the the charlties commission January 2016, and as modffied by the
revaluation of flxed assets in accordan￿ with the Ststement of Recommended
