REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2025

Thetrusteespresenttheirreportwiththefinancialstatementsofthecharityfortheyearended28February2025. The
trusteeshaveadoptedtheprovisionsofAccountingandReportingbyCharities:StatementofRecommended Practice
applicabletocharitiespreparingtheiraccountsinaccordancewiththeFinancialReportingStandardapplicableintheUK and
Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 January 2019).

OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES

Objectives and aims

The objects of the CIO are, for the public benefit -
(a)thepromotionofcommunityparticipationinhealthyrecreation,inparticularbytheprovisionoffacilitiesfortheplaying of
a range of sports including cricket, football, netball, hockey and volleyball;
(b)theprovisionoffacilitiesforrecreationorotherleisuretimeoccupationfor:i)individualswhohaveneedofsuch facilities
byreasonoftheiryouth,age,infirmityordisablement,financialhardshiporsocialandeconomiccircumstances,orii) the
public at large, in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving their conditions of life.

Significant activities

Theprovisionofawidevarietyofsportsandleisureopportunitiesrangingfromcricket,football,volleyball, handball,
badminton, dodgeball, a range of martial arts, gym exercise, community workshops.

Public benefit

The trustees confirm that they have received and read the guidance in relation to the public benefit of the charity's activities.

ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE

Charitable activities

AsaSportsEnglandsportshall,theCharityhascontributedtoahealthiercommunityandimprovingpeople'slife conditions
bydeliveringawidevarietyofsportsandleisureopportunitiesinastructuredenvironment.Beneficiariesuse the
environment to train, complete, and socialise by promoting sports from entry level through to the professional stage.
Deliveringsportsandleisureopportunitiesinaccordancewithourcontractualobligationsandaccessstrategyplanwe have
achieved our year one key performance targets.  Both financial, and participation targets been reached.

FINANCIAL REVIEW Financial position

The Charity has a recorded deficit for the year of £13,274

Principal funding sources

Remunerationfromthesaleofsportsandleisureactivitiessuchasvolleyball,cricket,football,netball,handballand gym
exercise for the community benefit.

Investment policy and objectives

TomaintaintheCharity'scontractualobligations,accessstrategyplanandtoensurethattheCharityisadheringto it's
Governing documents and inclusion policies.

Reserves policy

Any reserves are to be re-invested into the charity for product and service development.
Year 1 deficit due to infrastructure set up costs and expenses.

Going concern

Nouncertaintiesinrelationtothecharitycontinuingasagoingconcern.TheCharityisinasecurepositiontocontinue to
deliver in accordance with its objectives.

Funds in deficit

Repayment of set up and infrastructure costs.

Principal risks facing the charity

Changingtrendsanddemandsofbeneficiaries.Seasonalchangestosportsandleisureprogrammes.Risingcosts of

Independent examiner's report to the trustees of In2sports Charitable Trust

IreporttothecharitytrusteesonmyexaminationoftheaccountsofIn2sportsCharitableTrust(theTrust)forthe year
ended 28 February 2025.

Responsibilities and basis of report

AsthecharitytrusteesoftheTrustyouareresponsibleforthepreparationoftheaccountsinaccordancewith the
requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act').
IreportinrespectofmyexaminationoftheTrust'saccountscarriedoutunderSection145oftheActandincarryingout my
examination I have followed all applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under Section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Independent examiner's statement

Sinceyourcharity'sgrossincomeexceeded£250,000yourexaminermustbeamemberofalistedbody.Icanconfirmthat I
amqualifiedtoundertaketheexaminationbecauseIamamemberoftheInstituteofCharteredAccountantsinEngland and
Wales, which is one of the listed bodies.
Ihavecompletedmyexamination.Iconfirmthatnomaterialmattershavecometomyattentioninconnectionwith the
examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:

1. accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by Section 130 of the Act; or

2. the accounts do not accord with those records; or

3. the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a true and fair view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.

Ihavenoconcernsandhavecomeacrossnoothermattersinconnectionwiththeexaminationtowhichattentionshould be
drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

In2SportsCharitableTrustisacharitableincorporatedorganisation,registeredinEnglandandWales.The charity's
registered number and principle address can be found in the Report of the Trustees.

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

Thefinancialstatementsofthecharity,whichisapublicbenefitentityunderFRS102,havebeenprepared in
accordancewiththeCharitiesSORP(FRS102)'AccountingandReportingbyCharities:Statementof Recommended
PracticeapplicabletocharitiespreparingtheiraccountsinaccordancewiththeFinancialReporting Standard
applicableintheUKandRepublicofIreland(FRS102)(effective1January2019)',FinancialReportingStandard 102
'TheFinancialReportingStandardapplicableintheUKandRepublicofIreland'andtheCharitiesAct2011. The
financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
Asatthebalancesheetdatethecharitywasinsolventhavingexperiencedalargedeficitduringitsfirst accounting
period.
Theamountsincludedinothercreditorswererepayablewhenthecharitywasabletomeetthesedemands, these
have been repaid since the end of the accounting period.
TheTrustees'havenomaterialuncertaintiesinrelationtotheabilityofthecharitytocontinueasagoing concern,
these financial statements have therefore been prepared on the going concern basis.

Income

AllincomeisrecognisedintheStatementofFinancialActivitiesoncethecharityhasentitlementtothefunds,it is
probable that the income will be received and the amount can be measured reliably.

Expenditure

Liabilitiesarerecognisedasexpenditureassoonasthereisalegalorconstructiveobligationcommittingthe charity
tothatexpenditure,itisprobablethatatransferofeconomicbenefitswillberequiredinsettlementandthe amount
oftheobligationcanbemeasuredreliably.Expenditureisaccountedforonanaccrualsbasisandhasbeen classified
underheadingsthataggregateallcostrelatedtothecategory.Wherecostscannotbedirectlyattributedto particular
headings they have been allocated to activities on a basis consistent with the use of resources.

Tangible fixed assets

Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.
Fixtures and fittings- 25% on reducing balance

Taxation

The charity is exempt from tax on its charitable activities.

Fund accounting

Unrestricted funds can be used in accordance with the charitable objectives at the discretion of the trustees.
Restrictedfundscanonlybeusedforparticularrestrictedpurposeswithintheobjectsofthecharity. Restrictions
arise when specified by the donor or when funds are raised for particular restricted purposes.
Further explanation of the nature and purpose of each fund is included in the notes to the financial statements.

Hire purchase and leasing commitments

RentalspaidunderoperatingleasesarechargedtotheStatementofFinancialActivitiesonastraightlinebasis over
the period of the lease.

Pension costs and other post-retirement benefits

Thecharityoperatesadefinedcontributionpensionscheme.Contributionspayabletothecharity'spension scheme
are charged to the  Statement of Financial Activities in the period to which they relate.
