**Objects:** TO PROMOTE A WIDER PUBLIC UNDERSTANDING OF MUSIC AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF MUSIC WITHIN THE REGION, THROUGH THE ESTABLISHMENT AND RUNNING OF THE ARCADIA MUSIC FESTIVAL AND ASSOCIATED PROMOTIONS. THESE ACTIVITIES WILL TAKE PLACE PRINCIPALLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, IN SHROPSHIRE AND HEREFORDSHIRE.

**Activities:** To promote a wider public understanding of music and the advancement of music within the region, through the establishment and running of the Arcadia Music Festival and associated promotions.  These activities will take place principally, but not exclusively, in Shropshire and Herefordshire.
