Overview and Charity Objective:
iiDecide is a CIO governed by it’s constitution. Our trustees oversee the running of the charity, with each trustee selected for both their personal connection to the objective of the charity, as well as their expertise in the field.
Our primary objective is to support and empower victims and survivors of sexual violence, through the medium of a mobile application.
Activities and Objectives:
Our objective for the year was to continue with the development of the mobile application that is integral to the objectives of the charity. As the mobile application is being completed by volunteers, we anticipated its development taking at least this annual reporting period.
Accounts/Financial Review:
As the charity is yet to complete the development of the mobile application, we took no donations or grants during this accounting period. As we have no overheads, our accounts remain at zero.
Concerns:
We have no concerns. The charity has zero overheads and so is able to comfortably complete the development of the mobile application.
Trustee Redaction:
As agreed with the Charity Commission, one of our trustee names is redacted for their safety.
