**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, INCLUDING THEIR PARENTS, CARERS AND FAMILIES, WHO HAVE DISABILITIES AND/OR SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS IN THE BRISTOL AREA, IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE, PROMOTE THEIR INCLUSION IN THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITIES AND TO HELP AND SUPPORT THEM TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.

**Activities:** We provide a Parent Carer Forum for Bristol; namely to be an effective strategic voice within Bristol representing families of children and young people 0 to 25 years with disabilities, special educational needs and life-limiting conditions, providing a partner to Statutory and Voluntary Agencies within Bristol.
