ST NICOLAS SCHOOL AND EDUCATION TRUST ABINGDON Charitable Incorporated Organisation
Incorporated 2 February 2022 Charity number: 1197757 Annual Report for Year Ending 31 March 2023
The CIO, St Nicolas School and Education Trust Abingdon, has been established to take over the assets and activities of an existing exempt charity: Abingdon St Nicholas Church of England Primary School charity, also known by its colloquial name as the St Nicolas Education Trust.
Assets of the existing Trust are held by the Diocese of Oxford as Custodial Trustees with Officials in the Parish of Abingdon acting as Managing Trustees.
It is now felt that the aims and objectives of the original conveyance would be best served by the creation of a new CIO to assume both financial and charitable responsibilities.
