With the kind donation and support of the trustees, members/volunteers, and well-wishers, Iqra Welfare Association has started some projects to fulfill the basic needs of the poor, homeless, disadvantaged, and needy people and educate the disadvantaged children. Here are some brief descriptions and evidence of our projects:

Deep water project: More than 600 students were suffering for clean water at Bhukshimoil Higher Secondary Education in Kulaura, Bangladesh. All educational activities are about to stop because of the water facility. The Iqra Welfare Association has built a deep water project to continue the daily activities of the 600 students.

REGULAR FOOD DISTRIBUTIONS: Iqra Welfare always stands beside the suffering humanity wherever they are. As Bangladesh is a low land populated country, almost every year they are affected by floods. In 2024, lots of people lost their houses, and flood-affected people were suffering from hunger and needed medication. Iqra Welfare distributed flood relief for the poor and suffering peoples.

Feed the Hunger Project: Iqra provides food packets for needy people in the area regularly. Our volunteers are giving food packs to widows and orphans' families. In the picture, lots of people receive regular food, although there is food for one family.
