The objectives of SHOCK Sleaford are for the public benefit, th8 relief of sickness and
preservation of good health by the provision and m8n8gement ol publicly accessible
automated external defibrillators in Sleaford and the surrounding are8. To achieve these
aims. SHOCK Sleaford carries out lundraising activities which support the purchase and
maintenance of publicly aceessible automated external defibrillators.

To b8nefit the public by providing publicly accessible automated external defibrillators
in Sleaford and the surrounding area.
The trustees confirm that they hav8 complied with the requirements of Section 4 of the
Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to th8 public benefit guidance published by the
Charity Commission for England and Wales.
Achlevements and performonee.
Flnancial review
Forthe year ended 30" June 2025, SHOCK Sleaford had income in excess of expenses
of £4. 140. The principal source of funding is the organisation of an annual fundraising
event. The trustees have no concerns overthe charity's ability to remain a going
eoncern.
Structure, govemance and management
The organisation is a charitable incorporated organi3ation limited by guarantee,
incorporated and registered as a charity on 1"February 2022. Trustees are voted in by
the charity's membership at either an annual general meeting or an extraordinary
general m88ting.

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145151{bl of the Act.
