In the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of life of people for whom the facilities and activities are primarily intended, to organise, provide or assist with provision of activities and facilities for healthy recreation, especially but not exclusively by playing or otherwise participating in the game of cricket and cricket related activities.
Objects: 2.1 The Company?s Charitable Purposes (?objects?) Are:(a) In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of People For Whom The Facilities And Activities Are Primarily Intended, To Organise, Provide Or Assist With Provision Of Activities And Facilities For Healthy Recreation, Especially But Not Exclusively By Playing Or Otherwise Participating In The Game Of Cricket And Cricket Related Activities. ?facilities? Includes But Is Not Limited To Buildings, Indoor And Outdoor Areas, Pitches And Training Facilities And ?activities? Includes But Is Not Limited To Playing Cricket, Coaching, Courses Of Instruction, Events And Other Cricket Related Activities.(b) To Carry Out Such Other Exclusively Charitable Purposes As The Directors May At Any Time Decide. 2.2 The Objects Are The Company?s Charitable Purposes For The Purposes Of The 2011 Act. If And For So Long As The Company Is Registered As A Charity In England And Wales They May Only Be Altered With The Prior Consent Of The Charity Commission.
