**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE ARTS AND CULTURE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE PROMOTION OF JAZZ MUSIC IN ALL ITS FORMS:(1) PROMOTING THE CELEBRATION OF THE ART OF JAZZ MUSIC IN ALL ITS FORMS BOTH NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY.(2) ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE JAZZ MUSIC IMPROVISATION AND SECULAR MUSIC AND SONG AND THEIR SOCIAL AND HISTORICAL CONTEXT IN BRITAIN AND INTERNATIONALLY.(3) PROMOTING THE CELEBRATION OF THE ART OF JAZZ MUSIC IN ALL ITS FORMS HIGHLIGHTING THE RICH HISTORY OF DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION IN THE ART FORM; AND(4) PROMOTING AND INCREASING INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF AFRICAN JAZZ MUSIC, ITS INFLUENCES ON AFRICAN AMERICAN JAZZ AND POPULAR MUSIC CULTURE IN BRITAIN;MMA WILL ACHIEVE THESE OBJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL AND WITHOUT RESTRICTION WITH NO POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER PERSUASION.
