**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND, IN PARTICULAR, THE EDUCATION OF OLDER PEOPLE AND THOSE WHO ARE RETIRED FROM FULL TIME WORK, BY ALL MEANS, INCLUDING ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES CONDUCIVE TO LEARNING AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.

**Activities:** Harlow U3A is an affiliate of The Third Age Trust ("TAT"), operating in Harlow, Essex.  We subscribe to the ethos and goals of TAT.  Our membership is inclusive and diverse, providing opportunities for education, self-improvement, physical recreation and social interaction for "Third Agers"  - those in or approaching retirement from full-time work, by working and sharing in "Interest Groups".
