The Charities Commission authorised (see Appendix), the transfer of assets and liabilities of IcFEM Mission EU (number 1107038) to a CIO - ICFEM DREAMLAND MISSION. The Trustees were unchanged and decided that for ease of financial, reporting that change would take effect from 1st April 2023, the start of the following financial year. As such there is no financial activity in this financial year.
The first set of accounts will be filed for the year ending 31st March 2024.

Notes to the Accounts for Period Ended 31st March 2023
1. Accounting Policies
a) The accounts have been prepared in sterling under the historical cost convention and in accordance with “Accounting & Reporting by Charities” SORP 2015. b) Voluntary income is received by way of donations and gifts and is included in full in the Statement of Financial Activities when received. c) Donations arising under Gift Aid together with the tax recoverable thereon are accounted for when received and provision made for tax unclaimed at the year end.
d) Expenditure is taken into account when payment is made.
There are no tangible fixed assets. Small items of fixed and moveable equipment are written off as the expenditure is incurred.
e) Restricted funds are to be used for specified purposes as laid down by the donor. Expenditure which meets certain criteria is identified to the relevant fund. Unrestricted funds are donations and other income received or generated for the objects of the charity without further specified purpose and are available as general funds.
f) Transfers between funds arise when postings are corrected or general income allocated to projects. g) Investment portfolio
