our families to work, and for our
youngest chlldren in day care this may
give many parents time to study.

The flnancial year has been more
promlsing with increased users eliglble
for the Welsh Government 30 hours
child carp scheme and slight Increase in
after school club users. Holiday club
has been very successful thls year.
We ended the year wlth a balance of
£867.09, leaving the closing bank
balance at£11269.33.

The reserves should provide the charity
with adequate financial stability and the
means for it to meet Its chailtable
objectives for the foreseeable future.
The trustees propose maintaining the
charlty's reserves at a level which is at
least equivalent to one months,
operational expenditure. The trustees
revlewthe amount of reserves that are
required to ensure that they are
adequate to fulfll the charity's
continuing obligations on a quarterly
basis at their finance meeting.

Clwb Ein Harglwyddes are working
closely with Clybiau Plant Cymru and
Mudiad Meithrin to create Cash flow
Forecasts and apply for sustainabillty
grants, totaling £12428 which has
ensured the Service can sustain a good
level of reserves and improve the
provision for the Day Care facilities.

by parents for the service. Some fee$
come in the form of grants from the
Welsh Govemm8nt which parents
recelve from the 30 Hours free childcare
scheme and local governments 2 year
old funding.
