**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND TO ASSIST IN RELIEVING AND REHABILITATING PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL DISORDER OR CONDITIONS OF EMOTIONAL OR MENTAL DISTRESS, FEELINGS OF ISOLATION AND LONELINESS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, SIGNPOSTING AND PRACTICAL ADVICE.

**Activities:** Safe Space Movement provides mental health and wellbeing support/advice and education currently in the form of our website, that has many resources for self-help/alternative therapies, personal stories of our friends' mental health journies, to make potential friends of Safe Space Movement aware that they don't have to feel alone/isolated. We are to listen and provide support. Please REACH OUT.
