The Charity Commen￿ financial operations during the period having been domiant to 4th April 24. The
transactions since this dato to 1st June 24 are reflected in the below financial Étatements.

The objects of the Foundation are the promolion of Gommunity participatwjn in heallhy recreation for the
public benefit throughout this United Kingdom by providing facilities for Ice Hockey and other sports
capable of promots'ng physical health 8nd fithess.

The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees, Annual Report and the financial statements in
accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards Iunlled Kingdom Generally
Accepted Accounting Practicel- Law applicable to chaiities in England and Wales requlres the trustees to
pr6pare financial statements for each financial yearwhich give a true and fairview of the charify and of the
incoming resources and application of resources of the charity for that year. In prèparing these financial
ststements the trustees are requir8d to:

make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent.,

statements comply with the Charities Act 2011 and the Charity (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008.
They are also responsible for safeguarding Ihe assets of the charity and hence fortaking reasonablo steps
for the prevention and dètèction of fraud and other criminal conduct.

I report lo the trusl8es on my examination of the ac(r)unts of the UK I￿ HoGkey Foundation for the year
ended June 2024.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
with the requirements of the Charitses Act 2011 I'the A¢t'l.
I report in respect of my examination of the Trusys accounts carried out under s. 145 of the 2011 Act and
in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable directions given by the Charlty
Commission under s. 145{51(b) of the Act.
Independent examinerfs statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examinallon glvlng me Cause lo believe that in any material respect:
