## **KHADIM UL QURAN TRUST** **Charity Number 1197632** **Trustees Report and Accounts** **30 April 2026** ## **Report of the Trustees for the Period Ended 30 April 2026** The trustees present their report and the financial statements for the year ended 30 April 2026. KHADIM UL QURAN TRUST is a CIO Foundation registered on 24th Jan 2022. Trustees are appointed in accordance with the constitution of KHADIM UL QURAN TRUST. Once appointed, Trustees are introduced to the charity and given information about its objects. They are also given a copy of the constitution and aims and objectives. Role descriptions are issued to each trustee, and a full induction is given, setting out the obligations of a trustee. All trustees are issued with copies of the Charity Commission's guidance. The trustees meet every 3 months. The trustees regularly review the major risks to which the charity is exposed, particularly those relating to its operations and finances. A system is established to mitigate these. ## **Achievement and performance** The charity relies on voluntary income, and for the period ending 30 April 2026, it generated funds of £13,520. In addition the above Khadim ul Quran Trust UK received Qarz-e-Hasna amounting Total £8,529=i.e. (£2,400 in Year2025 and £6,129 in Year 2025) to support the purchase of a dedicated community centre, enabling us to provide religious services, Qur’an education, and wider community support.
