1. The new CIO charity was registered with the Charity Commission effective from 24[th] January 2022. But the transition from the charity (registration number 523271) was not completed by 31[st] December 2023. Therefore the charity was still operating as 523271. 

2. Accordingly the accounts to 31[st] December were completed & submitted to the Charity Commission under registration number 523271. 

3. However, as the Charity Commission also recognises the CIO charity 1197628, it requires accounts to be submitted, even though these are nil returns.
