**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: 1) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN, AND THEIR FAMILIES, IN ENGLAND WHO HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH ACUTE LYMPHOBLASTIC LEUKAEMIA AND/OR OTHER BLOOD CANCERS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING ITEMS AND GRANTS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THOSE WHO ARE UNDERGOING TREATMENT; 2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FUNDING TO SUPPORT RESEARCH INTOACUTE LYMPHOBLASTIC LEUKAEMIA AND OTHER BLOOD CANCERS, THE USEFUL RESULTS OF WHICH WILL BE DISSEMINATED FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.

**Activities:** 1. Preventing Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia in children globally, by support the research, development, testing and rollout of a preventative treatment.2. Supporting children and their families undergoing treatment for Leukaemia and other blood cancers.
