**Activities:** For the purpose of providing for those items of ordinary maintenance and repair of the Almshouses belonging to the Charity and providing for the extraordinary repair, improvement or rebuilding of the Almshouses for the benefit of the residents/beneficiaries of the Charity in the manner the Trustees think fit.
