Systems for the day-to-day running of the organisation (on-going) Office space in the UK is working perfectly and is a great base for us to store our equipment for events, have meetings and store accounts. Coordinated spay/neutering for the street dogs/cats. This operates periodically by volunteers and trustees. These animals are also vaccinated against rabies, resulting in a safer place for the public. Birth control also prevents the area being overpopulated with unwanted animals, often leading to residents complaining or harming the animals. This also forms a basis for our educational material for our online YouTube channel by filming real life footage, edited, and released into the public domain. Goa Dog Foundation now has an educational programme in place that is delivered by us and on-line content for others wanting to deliver the programme. This is also available on TES educational resources for schools. Prepared and developed educational material for online purposes and face-to-face programmes in India and in the UK/international. The idea of these programmes is to educate the public on multi aspects of animal welfare in a number of different languages. Made links with veterinary professionals for their support on creating current educational videos for our socials. Communicated with many schools in both India and the UK to share the news about our new educational programme and on-line resources. Responded to enquires in relation to animal welfare in the UK and India to help animals in need. Proactively fundraised, raised awareness and kept the public up to date with our activates through social media.

Successfully executed our first international volunteer’s programme: animal birth control programme which lasted two weeks. Volunteers were awarded a certificate from us for their participation. The feedback was outstanding and we keep ALL feedback to ensure we are delivering the programme to the best of our ability. Volunteers raised their own funds for participate.

Executed our first international volunteers programme in Goa, India. The volunteers came from the UK to work with us in operations. Volunteers worked throughout the year to find raise for their trip and spread awareness about us. The office space donated by the trustee is proven to be an excellent base for the charity. Ideal for storage and meetings. Developed more educational material on socials and YouTube for the benefit of the public. Created educational material for use in schools on-line worldwide (TES teaching resources FREE). Facilitated awareness events in the UK. Facilitated educational outreach events in the community of Goa. Attented multiple events, to include Dogs Direct Festival UK and vegan Camp Out festival. We were able to delivery programmes, talks and educational experiences for the public. Our feeding programme has grown in India, and we continue to operate this throughout North Goa from Anjuna to Mapusa and in between. Spay/Neutering of 32 dogs and 6 cats. Fostered 6 dogs Coordinated adoption homes for 12 puppies and 8 cats. Attended 43 cases (accidents/injuries/treatment). Facilitated vaccinations for 65 free roaming dogs. Provides permanent accommodation for 24 dogs in Goa at Trustees home. Facilitated adoption camps in Goa, India in Collaboration with other NGOs and working solely as GDF (Calangute and Mapusa). Populated social media platforms and YouTube channel Invested in applications/software for music/video/ editing. Continue to provide for a rescued horse in the UK. Trustee completed vet assistance course in India. New Long-Term Assets Purchased by GDF: Purchased a small vehicle in the UK for attending events. Created a fully functional office space in the UK. This now has a toilet, small cooking facilities, office desk and a printer. Office space is free and utilitity bills are paid by trustee.

Purchased camping equipment for volunteers to camp whilst at events/festivals that we attend. This has saved costs on accommodation and has worked very well.
