The Trustees are pleased to present thelr report iogether with the financlal statements lor the year ended
5thApril 2025.
The flnancial statements have been prepared In accordance with the applicable accounting policles that
Comply wlth the charlty's Irust deeij. the Cliaiities Act 2011 and the Ststemenl of Recommended Practice
on Accounting alld Reportlng by Charities SORP. The financial statements comprise a RÈ¢eipt and
Payrnents Accountlor the year and a Statement of Assets and Liabiif(ies as at 5th April 2025.
The object% nt Ihe Charlty are general charltable as Iiustees see fSt and the main activity of the charity is
grar)i making.
No fund5 are held on special trusts anij the charlty does not involve in fundiaising or soucil gins and
donations from individuals, O￿an[SatIonS0[ other charf(ies.
The Trustees are awaie of the Public Benef(t prDvision5 of the Charktles Act 2011 and ot the guidance on
them published by Ihe Charty Commission. They ale satisfled that the objects of the Charity and the
activkles oflhe Charity are wfthlnthe deh'nitions of the Charitable Purposes as set down bythe Act,
Trustees meei once a year to a decide on the grants In accordance wlth these principles. The airn is to
distibb￿e the income of the Trust every year to every two years, recogni5ing that this will vary from each
perioil depending on thÉ Income and gains an(J a numbeT of appllcatiorbs to ¢onslder.
The trustees have a adopted an investment policy to maintain the value of the Fund whi151 generating
income to enable Irusfre5 to makethe grants.
Trusle¢s selectlon methods andtraining
There must be al least rA¥o trusiees and there are no requirements for additional Trustees at present. The
curfeni trustees have access to the Charlty Commissions publications on Responslbilities of Charlty
TrusTÈes IC31 and Ihat they have rea(i and ullderstood the contents. In selecting new trustees, the trustees
must have regard to the skills. kr¥)vAedge and experlonce needgd fow the effeclive administiation of the
charity.

The trustees have assessed the risks to which IheTrust Is exposett and consider that Ihe major iiskta¢ed by
Ihe charity is a possible 105s in the value of lis Investments. This is minimised by the use of professional
investment advisots and a regular review ofthe Investments.

The trustees pollcy Is io retain the tree reseryes of the charity to meet lees and contingencies. The fund is
belng accumulated periodicauy and the funds are dlstributed when agreed byTrustees on its objects in the
financial year.
