**Activities:** Promote the advancement and improvement of the public's knowledge and appreciation of all aspects of the performing arts especially but not limited to live drama, by putting on events in the CIO's own theatre or elsewhere and made available at a low and accessible price to anyone whether a member of the CIO or otherwise.
