Annual Report- accounts to the Charity Commission  1[st] April 2023-31[st] March 2024 

Charity name:  INTERYem 

Charity Commission  no.1197542 

As a charity we have spent most of financial year setting up processes and procedures and opening a bank account . 

We successfully managed to open our bank account with CAF bank in July 2023 

No monies have yet been awarded  through grants  and we have not received any donations to date. 

INTERYem has clearly identified objectives of working in education, training and research for clinicians in Yemen 

Work has been undertaken to apply for a grant award from the UK charity   THET (Tropical Health Education Trust).   The outcome of the application will be reported in our 2024-2025 report. 

We have therefore not expended any money on our proposed activities. 

We have opened a bank account with CAF bank which has only been used for basic administration transactions to date i.e monthly account fees  amounting to £5.00/pcm. 

In view of the above there are no material accounts to submit for 2023-24 return.
