## _Introduction and Objectives_ 

The Vanquish Foundation is committed to supporting the relief of poverty and financial hardship among homeless ex-service men or women aged between 18 - 65 living in England and Wales by providing such persons with an opportunity to attend a training programme and assist them to seek paid work once qualified, which they could not otherwise afford through lack of means and the provision of clothing, accommodation, food and learning materials for the duration of said training programme. This year, no activities were carried out. 

## _Governance and Management_ 

The Foundation is managed by a board of trustees. The trustees during this reporting period included:

Decisions are made collectively by the trustees at regular meetings.

## **Total Income:** £0.00 **Total Expenditure:** £198.92 

The charity's expenditure was incurred primarily for paying the website hosting fees. Regular payments included Wix.com subscriptions for website management. Public Benefit Statement 

The trustees confirm that they have complied with their duty to consider the public benefit as set out in the Charity Commission guidance.
