## Trustees’ Annual Report 

For the Year Ended 30 June 2025 

## Introduction 

This Trustee’s Annual Report is presented by the Board of Trustees for ABMRC, a registered charity committed to equipping and training Pastors in Bible handling across Africa and other regions. The report covers the period from 1 July 2024 to 30 June2025 and outlines our charitable activities, achievements, financial overview, and future plans in accordance with the Charity Commission requirements. 

## Objectives and Activities 

Our charity’s primary objective is to advance the Christian faith by providing high-quality training and resources to Pastors, church leaders, and Christian workers, with a particular focus on Bible handling skills. Our activities include: 

- Organising training seminars and workshops in Africa, Europe, Asia and other regions 

- Distributing Bible study materials and resources 

- Supporting local trainers to ensure sustainable impact 

- Facilitating online training and mentoring programmes 

## Achievements and Performance 

During the reporting year, the charity has achieved significant milestones: 

- Delivered  in-person training seminars across  Nigeria, The Gambia and Romania reaching over 600 Pastors and church leaders 

- Launched an online platform providing accessible Bible handling resources and live webinars, with over 100 registered users in Nigeria. 

- Partnered with local churches and Christian organisations to deliver contextualised training 

- Distributed more than 50 copies of Bible study guide 

Feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive, with many reporting greater confidence and effectiveness in teaching and preaching from the Bible. The increased use of digital resources has enabled us to extend our reach despite travel constraints in some areas. 

## Public Benefit Statement 

The Trustees confirm that they have complied with their duty to have due regard to public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission. All activities are undertaken to advance the Christian faith, promote education, and support community development, particularly in under-resourced regions. 



## Financial Review 

The charity’s income during the year was sourced from donations. Expenditure was primarily allocated to training delivery, resource development,  and administrative costs. 

- Total income: £14,750.00 

- Total expenditure: £3,565.00 

- Reserves carried forward: £11,850.00 

The Trustees are satisfied that the charity remains financially stable and has sufficient reserves to continue its work in the coming year. 

## Structure, Governance and Management 

ABMRC is governed by a Board of Trustees, who meet to oversee strategy, compliance, and financial management. The charity relies on volunteers and local partners to deliver its programmes. Policies are in place to ensure safeguarding, equal opportunities, and sound financial management. 

## Plans for the Future 

Looking ahead, the charity aims to: 

- Expand training to new regions, including Francophone Africa 

- Develop additional language resources 

- Strengthen partnerships with local churches and Christian organisations 

- Continue to innovate in online and blended learning approaches 

## Trustees’ Responsibilities 

The Trustees are responsible for ensuring that the charity complies with its governing document, charity law, and other relevant legislation. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and ensuring proper financial management.
