Ob"ectives and activities
Ouf CO￿ objective is lo raise funds lo donate lo rural Cambodian primary
schools. The wider obieth.ves having raised sufficient funds is to relieve
sickness and to advance education in rural Cambodian villages whilst
promoting the education of children in years 1 to 6 (ages 4-111. This will
be achieved through the establishment of schools, the hiring of local
teachers. the provision of essential medical care, and the implementation
of technology to connect Cambodian classrwms wilh schools in the UK.

Fund raising:
During the period. the charity continued its fundraising actlvities through
corporate charitable donations only. Funds raised during the year were
donated to support a rural Camts)dian primary school, providing
approximately 35 children with resources for a full year of education and
access lo essential basic medical care.
Each year our trustees review our objectives and activities to ensure they
continue lo reflect our aims. In carying out this review the trustees have
considered the Charity Commission's general glt1d8n￿ on public benefil.
(Section 17(5) of the Charilies Act and the Chanties (Accounts and
Reports) Regulations 2008.

Fund raising-.
During the year. the charity successfully continued its corporate
fundraising activities, enabling it lo fund a further full year of education
and essential basic medical care for approximately 35 children attending
a rural Cambodian primary school.
Through these activities, the charity supported th8 advancement of
education. contributed to the alleviation of illness. and helped sustain
local leaching provision within a rural Cambodian community for the
duratson of the year.

The iRock Trust does not currently operate a fomal reserves policy. At
the period end. the charity held an immaterial surplus. arising from
successful fundraising activitses.
Any reserves held are intended to be donated. logether with any accrued
bank interest. once the minimum funding threshold is reached to support
the provision of a full year of education and essential basic medical care
for a dass of approximately 35 children in a rural Cambodian primary
school.

Following th8 end of the reporting period. the trustees have agreed that The iRock Trust intends to begin the
formal process of winding up the charity in March 2026.
Until that lime, the charity will continue to operate in accordance with Its goveming document. The trustees
will ensure that all ffjmaining funds are applied in line with the charity's charilable purposes and that the
charity is closed in an orderty and compllant manner.
