**2022, and in the reporting period we had**
**3 clients self-refer to us via the telephone**
**hotline.**

**by another charity,**
**Conversations on the phone line led to 2**
**of these clients having in person**
**counselling sessions with our trained**

**to process their situation, and are offered**
**non-directive and non-judgmental**
**support in their moment of crisis.**
**Several GPs have started regularly**
**informing pregnant women of our**
**service, as we are able to offer help in the**
**key period of early pregnancy.**
**We signpost clients to other services**
**including: community groups, NHS**
**services, and specialist charities.**
**We have also sought to talk about the**
**issue of unexpected pregnancy and**
**abortion in church communities, to**
**educate and enable women who are**
**struggling to access the help and support**
