March **2012** **TAR** 3 ## Section D Achievements and performance ## **Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** **3 sesshins (Zen retreats) were held during the year in: Crosby Hall (Liverpool) and Sheringham (Norfolk) x2. I Kesa sewing sesshin was also organised at Shawbottom Farm (near Leek, Staffs) One of the sesshins held at Sheringham was led by an elder of the UK sangha.** **Further special events such as zen days, weekends, kesa sewing practice and talks have been organised by local groups. **(if any)**|1197451| ||||| ||n/a||| **Report to the trustees** I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **31/12/2024** . **Responsibilities and** As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the **basis of report** accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. **Independent** I have completed my examination.
