Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are (1) To Promote To The Benefit Of The Community Of Caergwrle And The Surrounding Districts (hereinafter Called The "area Of Benefit") By Associating Together The Residents, Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Activities With The Purpose Of Improving The Quality Of Life; (2) To Establish A Community Centre And To Maintain And Manage IT (whether Alone Or In Cooperation With The Local Authority Or Other Organisation Or Individual) In Furtherance Of These Objects.
