Conwy County Borough Council Youth Services now oversee the day lo day running ofthe Youth Club sessions. The Trusteos oversee the management and effective and smooth running of th? physical building, they ensure that the building maintains a small surplus every year, they do this by charging for room rental for children's parties, training providers and sporting sessions elc. This surplus ensures the sustainability of the charity and allows them to conlinue to support Conwy Counly Borough Council Youth SerVi￿s in delivering a much- needed services lo the youth of area. Disclosurè and Barring Service checks are carried out prior to commencement of employment or Irusleeship and checks are carried out again in line with slalutory requirements. All trustees give their tirne voluntarily and received no remuneration or other benefils.
