## Trustee annual report 

Cylch Meithrin Carno is a childcare setting in the medium of Welsh, we are open for two full days from 9-3.15 and one half a day 9-11.25. Our achievements are to ensure children get the best care possible, and to fulfill our aims. We carry out a verity of activities throughout the week for the children to enjoy within the Cylch such as cooking, gardening, fine motor and gross motor skills. All activities and aims are to help the children develop and annoy their time learning. 

Charity financial review is looking very good, our income for the year was £21,756.26 which included 3 grants and a donation. Spendings were 17,353.22. We made a profit for the first time in a long time of 4,403.04 

We currently have 7 trustees, Siwan Humphreys, Mary Thomas, Christine Smith, Gemma Jones, Karen Moore, Alice Jones and Bethan Jerman-Jones we are a very tight ship and work well together. The cylch is running very well and we are very pleased how it’s all going. The charity this year has grown tremendously, we have gone from three half days to two full days and one half, this has helped the community and helped the cylch. We have gone from two members of staff to 4 employing more locals to work. Over all we have had a fantastic year watching the cylch Meithrin grow. The next step for this year is to continue with all the hard work and to grow from strength to strength making sure the children benefit fully from everything we are doing. Ensure all the staff keep up with all training possible to ensure the children develop and grow. We have a lot in line for growing the garden area, increasing days and children. There is potential to include everyone and grow.
