## **Objectives and activities** 

A group of Christian volunteers from various churches across Swindon. Working independently, but with the full support of the Local Authority and the Police, and working closely with security and door staff of the pubs and clubs, we patrol the Town Centre on Friday and Saturday nights. We are not there to preach, but to show the love of the Lord Jesus and help vulnerable people. Swindon Street Pastors follow the governance set down by the Ascension Trust, the governing body behind Street Pastors nationally. 

## **Achievements and performance** 

This year the focus was to grow the teams and continue regular patrols and ensure that all team members had the training they needed.

Reserves are held in the current account and are set at two time the previous year’s expenditure, or projected current year’s expenditure if higher. For 2025 that is £8000 

## **Structure, governance and management** 

A new Coordinator was appointed following the resignation from our previous coordinator who has been with the charity since its conception. Whilst we felt the loss of this key member of the team, God provided and excellent replacement who is well suited to guide us into the future.. 

Regular Trustees meeting were held and minutes kept to ensure the Management,  Financial integrity, Policies, Admin, Training, Improvements for  the NTE volunteers were addressed.
