Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:for The Public Benefit, (1) To Advance The Conservation, Protection And Improvement Of The Natural Environment Of The Village Of Padfield, In Particular But Not Exclusively By Securing And Managing Local Green Spaces Within The Village, With Consideration And Sympathy For The Natural And Cultural Heritage Of The Area And In Harmony With The Character And Nature Of The Village.(2) To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Padfield And The Surrounding Area The Provision Of Local Green Spaces For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants.
