Through all these activities the Trustces are of the opinion that there w&5 ongoing and continuing public
benefit.
Review of Financial Affairs
Full details of the financial transactions are contained in the attached accounts. 'I'he total incoming
resources for the year were £3,424 (2022..£4,423) after d¢ducting resources ¢xpended of £5,-378
(2022:£2,466) the net expenditure for the year was £1,954 (2022'.n¢l income £1,956).
The net of the charity at 31. December 2023 werc £2 (2022: £1,956).

The Trustees have ccviewed the charily's nccd for reserves in line with guidance ibsued by the Charities
Commission and con.8idcr it prudent that free, unrestricted reserves need only be 5ufficicnt to meet

The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Annual R¢port and the Financial Statements in
