families in Pakistan who are struggling to give education to their kids.we have a private registered College specially for
wotnen for free education so they can get good knowledge and stand on their feet and rnake their own future.

Recrultment and Appolntment of Trustees
The Charity is governed by a board of trustees drawn frorn the local community. This is to ensure that the board has the skills
and experienTr required to oversee the management of the charity and its operations.
The ¢h8rity trustees arg responsible for the gener81 Control and managernenl of the charty. The trustees gwe their time
freely and receive no rernuneration or other financial benefits.
Trustee Induction and Training
I new trustees receive a planned induction programme before taking up their place on the board. Thi5 include5 an
explanation of their ro18s and respon5ibiliti8s, an introduction to oth&r truste85. an overview of r8cent 8ctiviti8S and an
explanation of board forrnat and proTrss.
The trustees have a risk Management strategy which includes an annual review of the risks the charity fa￿$ and the
establishment of systerns and prO￿dureS to mitigate those risks and implernentalion ol proTrdures designed lo minirnise
any potential impact on charity should those risks materialise.

The trustees aim to ensure that sufficient funds are maintained to enable the charity to carry out its activities.

I report on the accounts of The Help and Awareness Foundation for Ihe period ended 31.03.2025, which are set out on
pages 3 to 6.

The charitls Iruslees are responsible for the preparation of the accounls.The charity's trustees consider that an
audit is not required for this year under secb'on 144121 of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Acll and that an
independent examination is needed.
