## **TRUSTEES REPORT FOR THE YEAR 2022** 

The purpose of the Trust is to enable the conservation, restoration and public display  of  an  important  artwork  dating  from  the  Napoleonic  period  thus benefitting the arts, culture and heritage of Suffolk. 

The statement of accounts shows an excellent balance sheet for the year 2022 with over £16,500 paid towards the cost of the conservation of the painting. The Chair of the Trustees is to be commended for his work in raising funds for the project. A similar outcome of funds raised in 2023 should see the completion of the project.
