Th8 trustees and directots of Caribbean Social Forum present thelr annual report along with
the financial ststemenls of the charity for the year ended 31° March 2023. Th8 Trustees
have adopted the provisions of the Statement of Recommended Prdcttce (SORP)
'Accounting and Reporting by Charities. issued in March 2005 in preparing the annual report
and financial statements. The financial statements have also been prepared in accordan
with the accounting policies set out on page 7 and comply ￿1h the charities constrtulion and
appllcabEe acrx)unting standards. Ihe notes to the accounts pn)vide rrK)re detsils.
This Trustees. and Direciois. Re[￿rt is not cnly lo fulfil the legal and slatutory requirements,
but it is intended to ewlaln the acalvi￿S and futu￿ plans of thls charity.
Caribbean Social Forum vrds registered as a CIO Registr*ion Charity on 30 December
2021 under number 1197309. The ￿nSt[lUtIon dated 13th December 2021. Caribbean
Social Forum operated previously as an untncr&ry)ofdted ch￿ilable association.
Structure. governance and management
The TNstees vtho have Serv￿ duriry the year are set out on page 2 and meet on a regular
basis. The trustees have ultimate control over all Ihe affairs of the tharity.

The objects of the c*arity are."
1. To promote social inclusion for the public benefrt by ￿rkIng with p8opl8 ar8 SOCS311y
exctuded on the grounds of their ethnic origin (in particular. members of Ihe Caribbean
community) to relieve Ihe neets of suth people and assist them to integrate into society, in
particular by:
a. providing a lTrxl neiwDrk group that ent￿rnges ar#J enables members to participate
rn0￿ effectively with the wrder community. and by
b. providing recreati￿al aclivitse& training and leisure activitse& oulmgs. events. social trips
(induding trdnsport and refreshments). programs of educatM)n. training and skill

of the income and expendilure streams. the needs to matth variable incnm8 with r￿ed
commitrnents and the nature of the ￿serVeS.
Risk Management
Tha tnjstees conducts its ovm review of mapr risks to ￿th1¢h the d￿rity is exposed. These
procedures are periodically reviewed to ensure that they still meet the needs of the charity
and are as follows:
