## **Trustees Annual Report** 

The trustees present their annual report together with the financial statements of the charity for the years ended 31 March 2025 and 31 March 2024. 

## **Reference and administrative details** 

Hopesavers is a charitable organisation based in Manchester. The trustees are responsible for the governance and management of the charity and for ensuring that the charity complies with its governing document and charity law. 

## **Trustees** 

The trustees who served during the reporting period were Nike Badmus, Monica Osim, Oluwasegun Abiola, and Olakunle Ojo. 

## **Objectives and public benefit** 

The charity’s objectives are to provide relief and support for vulnerable individuals and families through community based activities. In planning activities the trustees have had regard to the Charity Commission guidance on public benefit. 

## **Activities and achievements** 

During the year ended 31 March 2025 the charity delivered crochet and craft sessions, distributed food and toiletries, and undertook community engagement and educational awareness activities aimed at reducing isolation and hardship. There was no financial activity during the year ended 31 March 2024. 

## **Financial review** 

The charity operated on a receipts and payments basis. Income of £350 was received during the year ended 31 March 2025 from cash donations and proceeds from the sale of donated items. Expenditure of £350 was incurred on charitable activities resulting in a nil surplus for the year. No statutory or grant income was received. All funds held were unrestricted.
