Trustees Annual Report for Year Ended 31/12/2023 – Tyndale Fellowship
Although the Tyndale Fellowship formally separated from Tyndale House last year, this year has continued to develop processes, policies and procedure that are necessary for its continued flourishing. This was important because of the fact that we only managed to obtain a bank account at the end of the last financial year.
The other main focus was the organisation of our annual research conference in July since this is the principal mechanism by which we fulfil our charitable purposes. This year’s conference was held at High Leigh in July and was attended by over 150 scholars from both within and outside the UK. It is our hope that a number of publications will emerge from this.
This year, we continued with the same trustees as before saving that Dr Dirk Jongkind needed to step down as vice-Chair due to ill health. We have begun a process in discussion with regular participants in the life of Tyndale Fellowship about identifying additional trustees in order to secure the work of the Fellowship.
