## Trustees Annual Report for Year Ended 31/12/2022 – Tyndale Fellowship Following agreement with Tyndale House, which had previously managed all aspects of Tyndale Fellowship, the Fellowship was established as a separate charity. This was its first year of operation, and the primary focus has been to complete all the tasks necessary for the independent operation of the Fellowship. This involved the appoint of the following Trustees: David G. Firth – Chair Dirk Jongkind – Deputy Chair Philips S. Johnston – Treasurer Ros Clark – Communications Philip Jenson – Secretary Because of the work involved in establishing the Fellowship and the difficulties involved in establishing a bank account (finally resolved through the Charity Aid Foundation) we were unable to more in this year than the initial work of establishment. Once we had a bank account in November, we were able to receive a transfer of funds that had previously been held by Tyndale House on our behalf. Although we began planning for our work in 2023, the receipt of these funds and processing some initial set-up costs constitutes the sole work of the Fellowship in this year. As we had intended therefore to complete our first-year report on the basis of the first year of actual work, these accounts have not been audited as they cover only about seven weeks of actual transactions.
